First 2,000 gallons $4.02 gross / $3.66 net
Next 3,000 gallons $3.07 gross / $2.79 net
Next 20,000 gallons $1.84 gross / $1.67 net
Over 25,000 gallons $1.29 gross / $1.17 net
Minimum Charge
No bills will be rendered for less than the following gross amounts,
according to the size of the meter installed, to-wit:
5/8" meter, or less 8.04 per month
3/4" meter 11.22 per month
1" meter 20.50 per month
1 1/4" meter 30.82 per month
1 1/2" meter 46.24 per month
2" meter 77.04 per month
3" meter 184.93 per month
4" meter 323.61 per month
6" meter 724.28 per month
Colleges & Hospitals 1,002.78 per month
Delayed Payment Penalty
The above schedule is gross. On all accounts, if paid in full
within 20 days of the date of bill, ten percent (10%) will be
deducted from the gross amount shown.
Reconnection Charge
When service is terminated to a customer for non-payment of bills,
a fee of ten dollars ($10.00) shall be charged for reconnection.
Sewer Service
Availability
Available for general domestic, commercial, and industrial service
including sales of sewer service to other sewer utilities.
Applicable
Applicable inside and outside the corporate limits of the City
of Philippi.
Monthly Rate
Based on water usage: Per 1000 gallons
First 6,000 gallons $4.40 gross / $4.00 net
Next 9,000 gallons $4.13 gross / $3.75 net
Next 10,000 gallons $3.85 gross / $3.50 net
Over 25,000 gallons $3.63 gross / $3.30 net
Minimum Charge $8.80 gross / $8.00 net per month.
