Description

The square surrounds the Barbour County Courthouse in the center of downtown Philippi, WV. The square has metered public parking on two sides. The square has old-fashioned lighting and a large free-standing clock in the front, facing Main Street. On the eastern side of the Courthouse is a large, open gazebo that is used for concerts and other activities.
